The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Building Safety Act matters
- Client relationship management and business development
Senior candidates will also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the team.
About You
- Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), Solicitor, or CILEX-qualified professional
- Experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
