Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a role that offers a strong pipeline of work, genuine flexibility, and the opportunity to develop your career within an ambitious and growing law firm?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm that continues to expand its Property department due to sustained growth and increasing client demand. With a reputation for delivering an exceptional client experience and handling transactions efficiently, the firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of Buy-to-Let and Residential matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who wants the stability of an established practice while benefiting from flexible home working, strong earning potential, and a supportive team environment.

About the Role

You will manage your own caseload of Buy-to-Let and Residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Working closely with clients, brokers, lenders, estate agents, and introducers, you will play a key role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

The role offers significant autonomy and would suit an experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner seeking a long-term opportunity within a growing property team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of residential and Buy-to-Let conveyancing transactions.
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Managing remortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Reviewing title documentation and raising enquiries.
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, agents, and solicitors throughout the transaction process.
  • Providing clear and practical advice to clients.
  • Ensuring files are progressed efficiently from instruction to completion.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate case records.
  • Achieving agreed billing and performance targets.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Experience handling Buy-to-Let transactions would be advantageous.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload whilst maintaining high service standards.
