I am currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their respected Property Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to handle high-quality residential conveyancing work within a supportive, forward-thinking firm that offers hybrid working and a healthy work-life balance.
The Role:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
- Handle all aspects of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Maintain exceptional client care standards and build strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures.

The Successful Candidate will be:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner with solid residential conveyancing experience.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
