My client is searching for an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing team in Portsmouth.

The Role
Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Re-mortgages.
- Transfers of equity.
- New build purchases.
- Shared ownership transactions.
- Right to Buy matters.
- Help to Buy transactions.
- Equity release.
- First registration applications.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
- Assents and property transfers following probate.

About You
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Experienced in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
- Knowledgeable across a broad range of residential property matters, including leasehold, landlord and tenant, and more complex conveyancing transactions.
- Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
