My client is searching for an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing team in Portsmouth.

The Role

Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Re-mortgages.
  • Transfers of equity.
  • New build purchases.
  • Shared ownership transactions.
  • Right to Buy matters.
  • Help to Buy transactions.
  • Equity release.
  • First registration applications.
  • Landlord and tenant matters.
  • Assents and property transfers following probate.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Experienced in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledgeable across a broad range of residential property matters, including leasehold, landlord and tenant, and more complex conveyancing transactions.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
