Conveyancer Position in Solihull

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our team in Solihull. This is a full-time, primarily on-site position, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring a high standard of client service and compliance throughout the process. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor looking to work in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of cases
  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documentation
  • Conducting title checks and ensuring accuracy of legal records
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant conveyancing regulations and procedures
  • Monitoring and managing deadlines across multiple cases
  • Resolving client queries and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Providing clear, expert guidance to clients throughout the transaction process

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Expertise in Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property transactions
  • Proficiency in preparing legal documentation, title checks, and managing conveyancing compliance
  • Strong communication, client-facing, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, particularly for resolving client concerns
  • Qualified to practice as a licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with proven experience in property law
  • Proficiency in relevant IT and conveyancing software applications
  • Familiarity with regulations and requirements in the field of conveyancing
