Looking for a conveyancing role where quality matters more than volume?
We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist property law firm with an established reputation in the buy-to-let, landlord and lender markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing team that values communication, efficiency and client service, whilst offering manageable caseloads and genuine flexibility.
About the Company
Our client is a successful specialist property practice acting for landlords, property investors, lenders and brokers across the UK. The firm has built a strong reputation within the buy-to-let sector and continues to attract high-quality work through its expertise, service standards and long-standing industry relationships.
Unlike many conveyancing environments, the business focuses on maintaining sensible caseloads, leveraging technology to streamline administration and creating an environment where conveyancers can focus on clients rather than excessive targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
