Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, giving you autonomy over your files while benefiting from dedicated paralegal support on routine administration.
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and HM Land Registry, allowing you to build personal intermediary relationships and strengthen your professional standing across the local market.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Conveyancing on technical matters and team workflows, offering you direct visibility with senior management and strategic insight into department operations.
- Contribute proactively to business development and client care initiatives, giving you the platform to develop your commercial acumen and play an active role in firm-wide growth.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, CLC professional, or experienced non-qualified Conveyancing Executive with at least 2 years of managing a residential caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes, CQS protocols, and Anti-Money Laundering legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to team working and client service.
- Proficiency with legal case management systems, with experience using Partner for Windows (P4W) or working within Lexcel standards considered an advantage.
