At Dezrez, we specialise in providing top-tier residential property law services, designed to make your moving experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Leveraging cutting-edge digital platforms, we offer a transparent and efficient process, eliminating the need for office visits while maintaining secure and reliable transactions.

What you'll do:

  • Managing the full conveyancing cycle: From taking instructions, preparing and submitting legal documents (contracts, letters, Land Registry, HMRC forms) to handling exchange and completion.
  • Title Checking: conducting thorough title checks (Freehold AND Leasehold), in order to make informed decisions, avoid potential legal problems, and ensure a smooth property transaction.
  • Due diligence: ensure that the best interests of the client, any mortgage lender and Dezrezlegal are adequately protected.
  • Client & Third-Party Communication: Liaising with clients, third parties, and colleagues to ensure smooth progress of all matters.
