Residential Conveyancer

What you will be doing in this role
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced team and dedicated administrative assistance.
Your work will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Providing an excellent client experience throughout the transaction.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
- Maintaining high levels of compliance and client care.
- Working collaboratively within a close-knit and supportive team.

Experience you will have
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Is a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer.
- Enjoys building relationships with clients.
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Takes pride in delivering a high standard of client care.
- Is looking for a long-term role within a friendly and supportive firm.
