Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer – 3 years PQE + Fully Remote | up to £60K

Join a forward-thinking, well-established practice with a steady pipeline of quality work.

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor looking for a genuinely flexible, fully remote role with a specialist property practice and hit the ground running?

We are working with a growing and highly regarded firm seeking an experienced conveyancer to join their team and take ownership of a busy caseload from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with sophisticated property investors and company clients and is confident managing transactions with a high degree of autonomy.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, with a particular focus on acting for companies investing in buy-to-let residential property portfolios.

The successful candidate will have experience managing matters including:

  • Residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Company borrowers and company buyers
  • Buy-to-let investment transactions
  • Refinancing and remortgage matters
  • Bridging finance transactions
  • Sole and dual representation
  • Transactions involving separately represented lender solicitors
  • Reviewing titles, mortgage offers, searches, contracts and enquiries
  • Preparing reports on title and completion statements
  • Exchanges and completions
  • Post-completion matters including SDLT, Land Registry applications and requisitions
  • Liaising with clients, brokers, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors
  • Identifying potential issues and escalating matters appropriately

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
