Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Conveyancing Assistant to join a well-established property business in Leeds City Centre.

Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within residential conveyancing or remortgage, but this isn’t essential. We’re also keen to hear from candidates with strong administration or customer service experience who are looking to move into the property and conveyancing sector.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and is confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

About the Company

Our client is a leading global provider of title insurance and property-related services, supporting residential and commercial property transactions across the UK and internationally. They pride themselves on delivering an excellent service to both customers and corporate clients, while creating a supportive environment where employees can develop their skills and progress their careers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing excellent customer service to customers and corporate clients
  • Supporting conveyancers with the progression of residential property transactions
  • Managing electronic and paper files and ensuring records are kept accurately
  • Chasing customers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties for information and documentation
  • Chasing outstanding funds from lenders, customers and other solicitors
  • Supporting exchanges and completions
  • Inputting and interpreting data, including redemption figures
  • Preparing, sending and checking legal documentation
  • Reviewing and inputting mortgage offer information
  • Assisting with enquiries relating to sale transactions
  • Working to deadlines, targets and agreed service levels

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
