Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Hull for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Property team.

Location: Hull
Salary: £27,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Assistant:
- Providing administrative and legal support to Residential Conveyancing fee earners.
- Opening and closing client files and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and completion statements.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors.
- Ordering searches and reviewing incoming documentation.
- Managing diaries, appointments and key transaction deadlines.
- Handling client enquiries and providing regular case updates.
- Assisting with exchange and completion processes.
- Ensuring compliance with the firm's policies and regulatory requirements.
