🚨 Post-Completion Assistant
Salary - £26,000 - £30,000
Full Time Hours
I’m currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in East Anglia who are looking to add a Post-Completion Assistant to their residential conveyancing team in Ipswich.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous post-completion experience, or an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant with a strong understanding of residential conveyancing who is looking to specialise further.
The role:
- Managing post-completion requirements across a varied residential conveyancing caseload
- Working across freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and remortgage matters
- Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
- Dealing with Land Registry requirements and requisitions
- Using online lender portals and case management systems
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and other third parties
- Ensuring matters are progressed accurately and within required timescales
- Supporting the wider conveyancing team with a high level of client care

We're looking for someone who:


Get help with your application

- Has previous post-completion or residential conveyancing experience
- Has a good understanding of property law and post-completion processes
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Can manage deadlines and prioritise a busy workload
- Is confident using IT systems, ideally including Land Registry and lender portals
- Can work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
- Takes pride in providing excellent client service
