Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Hull, who are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional who is looking to join a friendly, supportive and client-focused firm, with the opportunity to work on a varied residential conveyancing caseload.

Location: Hull/ Office-based initially, with hybrid working available after probation
Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

The role will involve a broad range of residential property transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New-build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Auction purchases
  • Dealing with registered and unregistered titles
  • Liaising with mortgage lenders and other third parties
  • Dealing with Land Registry requirements
  • Handling property-related enquiries and documentation

Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Fee Earner:

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Reviewing contracts, titles and property documentation
  • Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
  • Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with required deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures
