Conveyancing Fee Earner – Jackson Quinn

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our growing Residential Conveyancing Team as either a part time or full time Conveyancing Fee Earner.

About the role

Jackson Quinn is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our busy property team. You will have a varied caseload of matters and will be based at our Retford office.

The role is open to applicants interested in a part time position. A competitive market salary will be offered as well as pension and generous holiday entitlement.

Key responsibilities

  • You will manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Handle remortgage and transfer of equity transactions.
  • Review title documentation, search results and draft contracts.
  • Progress files efficiently through exchange, completion and post-completion.
  • Meet fee targets and work within the firm’s compliance standards, working in a supportive and friendly environment.

Applicant requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years fee earning experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Confidence in running your own caseload from start to finish, whilst working in a team to support other fee earners in times of absences.
  • Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality skills required.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified conveyancing Fee Earner.
