Role Description
This is a full-time Conveyancing Fee Earner role based in Stockport with a hybrid working arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Conveyancing Fee Earner will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold purchases and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include opening and progressing files, reviewing title documentation, drafting and checking contracts and reports, liaising with clients, brokers, lenders, and other solicitors, and handling enquiries through to completion.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong residential conveyancing experience, with the ability to manage a varied caseload of purchases and sales from instruction to completion.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems, digital document management, and standard office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly and provide high-quality client care.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
  • Collaborative working style, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, lenders, brokers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
