An established and successful Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join its busy Real Estate department in Brighton.
You will be dealing with a high-quality and varied caseload, making strong residential conveyancing experience essential. The role would suit someone who is confident handling matters independently, has excellent legal and communication skills, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Dealing with high-quality residential property work
- Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Real Estate team
- Developing and maintaining professional networks
- Managing matters efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail

- Strong experience in residential conveyancing
- The ability to manage a caseload independently
