Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide legal services to clients in relation to conveyancing matters, with an emphasis on leasehold, new builds, help to buy, and shared ownership and to assist in the coordination of the team's activities and achievement of its business objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and liaising with clients and referral partners on ongoing matters.
  • Ongoing case management.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Networking and business development for continuous workflows.
  • To produce all fees to meet monthly and year-end targets.
  • Attend team meetings where appropriate.
  • Keep files well organized and property updated.
  • Compliance with company standards.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from candidates with at least 2 years of legal experience, along with experience in using multiple systems collating and analysis data as well as exemplary administration skills.

The successful candidate should have a proven record of dealings with a mixed caseload of residential sale and purchase transactions, including freehold, leasehold, and new builds.

You should also have experience in lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, equity release, and small development setup.

Furthermore, you should also be proactive with good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively.

Possession of a high-level attention to detail is expected. You should also be a keen team member, with the ability to accept responsibility and work on their own.
