Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Newport
Working Pattern: Full-time

The Opportunity
We are delighted to be working with a well-established law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Newport office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional to take on a key role within the team, managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions and providing a high-quality service to clients from instruction through to completion.
The successful candidate will have the confidence and experience to manage their own caseload, work effectively under pressure and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Providing clear, professional and proactive communication to clients, agents and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within required timescales.
- Identifying and resolving issues throughout the conveyancing process.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues while also being confident managing matters independently.
- Delivering a high standard of client care and service.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with a strong residential property background.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Confident managing a caseload independently.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Motivated, professional and committed to delivering excellent client service.
- Experience in Wills & Probate would be advantageous but is not essential.
