About the Role

R13 are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a busy, close-knit and supportive team, working closely with an experienced Fee Earner and playing a key role across the full conveyancing process.

You’ll be supported through a comprehensive onboarding process, with exposure to different areas of the business and ongoing development opportunities as your experience grows – including the potential to work towards further qualifications and take on greater responsibility within the team.

The position will be based from their Norwich office, working 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9-5).

The Company

The client is an established and highly regarded legal firm with a strong Conveyancing team based in Norwich. The Norwich office is the main hub with a busy and collaborative team, who genuinely support one another. It’s a fast-paced environment where everyone is expected to get stuck in and take ownership, with this role working closely on a 1:1 basis with a Fee Earner.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who knows their way around a conveyancing file, can work with initiative and is looking for a workplace ‘home’ joining a welcoming legal team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
