Conveyancing Manager – Leadership Opportunity
Ready to step away from high-volume conveyancing?
We're working with a growing and ambitious regional firm that is looking for experienced Conveyancers to step into management positions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has reached the point in their career where they want to do more than simply manage a large caseload and hit billing targets.
WHY JOIN?
- A genuine opportunity to step into leadership without completely stepping away from Conveyancing.
- Less focus on billing and more focus on people, development and strategy.
- The opportunity to work directly with senior management across the firm.
- A strong focus on mentoring and continuous professional development.
- Excellent hands-on support for fee earners.
- The opportunity to shape the development of your office rather than simply inherit an established structure.
- A bonus scheme linked to performance and contribution.
- A firm that places genuine emphasis on employee wellbeing and work-life balance.
- The opportunity to progress as the business continues to expand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
