Job Title: Conveyancing Manager
Location: Leamington Spa

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled, motivated, and experienced Conveyancing Manager to lead our Leamington Spa team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Leamington branch while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of conveyancing case handlers and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Assign workloads, delegate tasks effectively, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Collaboration with introducers and team members is crucial to manage monthly exchange predictions and ensure that targeted completions are achieved.
- Provide technical conveyancing support for case handlers and the support team. This will include reviewing and signing off matters for case handlers, ensuring that a consistent level of service and diligence is adhered to.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing department, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.
- Manage caseload distribution, including the final review and sign-off of sale and purchase transactions of all tenures.
- Monitor team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to deadlines.

3. Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the property transaction process and ensuring that all team members are following the same ethos.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining Key Conveyancing’s reputation for exceptional service.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure strict compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations, mortgage lender requirements, and CLC guidelines.
- Conduct thorough title checks on purchase files and diligently review purchase enquiries and replies as part of the file sign-off process.
5. Organisation:
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills to ensure the conveyancing team operates efficiently and meets tight deadlines.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of conveyancing experience, with a proven track record in managing and leading teams.
- Extensive knowledge of freehold and leasehold residential transactions, including new builds and shared ownership properties.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and best practices in property conveyancing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
