Overview
Hybrid or fully remote. £60,000–£77,000. Lead people, not HR, while continuing to enjoy fee earning.
You're probably doing this already.
Colleagues come to you when they're stuck.
You enjoy helping people develop, but you don't want to swap clients for appraisals, HR meetings and spreadsheets.
This role lets you do exactly that.
Run a reduced caseload. Mentor talented conveyancers. Shape how the team performs.
No traditional management. Just genuine technical leadership.

You'll bring
- Strong residential conveyancing experience.
- The confidence to mentor and support others.
- A calm, approachable style.
- Excellent technical judgement.
- A genuine interest in developing people.
- Qualified as either a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEx with conveyancing practice rights
