Conveyancing Paralegal - Fife

As a Conveyancing Paralegal in Fife within the professional services industry, you'll play a key role in supporting the legal team with property transactions and related documentation. Description

  • Prepare and manage legal documentation for property transactions.
  • Handle client correspondence and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with external parties such as estate agents and solicitors.
  • Ensure all files are compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts and transfer documents.
  • Coordinate client meetings and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality service standards.
