Conveyancing Paralegal
Bromley, London
An established London law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its established Residential Property team in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their career within a well-established law firm and gain further exposure to a broad range of residential property matters.
The Role
You will provide support to the residential conveyancing team across a varied caseload, assisting with matters from initial instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting solicitors with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation
- Carrying out property and title searches
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Assisting with exchange and completion
- Preparing completion statements and relevant documentation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date matter files
- Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with firm procedures
- Providing general administrative and fee-earning support to the team

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience working within residential conveyancing
- Good knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- A professional and client-focused approach
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Candidates who are working towards a CILEX qualification or SQE would also be welcomed.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join an established property team where you will have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
- Location: Bromley, London
- Position: Permanent, full-time
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
