As a Conveyancing Paralegal in Paisley, you'll play a key role in supporting the legal team with property transactions and related administrative duties. Description
- Prepare and manage legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
- Assist in the progression of residential and commercial property sales and purchases.
- Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
- Handle client queries and provide updates on case progress.
- Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
