Conveyancing Paralegal

Role Overview

As a Conveyancing Paralegal in Paisley, you'll play a key role in supporting the legal team with property transactions and related administrative duties. Your work will ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the department within the professional services industry.

Description

  • Prepare and manage legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
  • Assist in the progression of residential and commercial property sales and purchases.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
  • Handle client queries and provide updates on case progress.
  • Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.

A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
