Jackson Quinn is currently accepting applications for the role of conveyancing paralegal within our busy property department. Supporting our Head of Conveyancing, you will assist with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing and some commercial matters.
Essential Responsibilities
- Providing assistance to the Head of Conveyancing and property department generally
- Liaising with clients and other professionals including estate agents
- Dealing with land registry, mortgage lenders, search providers, and HMRC
- Drafting legal documents
- Managing post-completion matters

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team, as well as a positive, can-do attitude in a pressurised environment
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
- Hard-working and organised
- Adaptable and accommodating
- Proficiency with IT including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Confidence with using a case management system

Role Details
This role will be based at either our Worksop or Retford office, salary is negotiable depending on experience.
