This Conveyancing Paralegal role in Inverness involves supporting the smooth completion of property transactions by handling legal documents and liaising with clients. You'll play a key part in ensuring the process is efficient and accurate, contributing to the success of the business.

Description

  • Prepare and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
  • Coordinate with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the process.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed.
  • Conduct searches and gather necessary information for property transactions.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide updates on progress.
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts and other related documentation.
