Conveyancing Paralegal

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Location: Amersham

The Role

You’ll support residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion, working closely with Fee Earners, clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • File administration
  • Drafting correspondence and documents
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Supporting exchange and completion
  • Preparing completion statements
  • Assisting with Land Registry applications
  • Maintaining accurate case management records

You’ll be trusted to work at pace, manage competing priorities, and deliver the high standards of client care the firm is known for.

About You

You’ll have:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s Residential Conveyancing Paralegal experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, reliable, and positive approach
  • The ambition to develop and progress within a growing firm
