Role: Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: London

Proper Recruitment are working with an established law firm who are looking for a motivated and organised Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has experience progressing conveyancing transactions and is looking to continue developing their career within a busy legal environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with and progress conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Prepare and review contracts, searches and relevant property documentation
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
  • Provide regular updates to clients throughout the transaction
  • Handle post-exchange and completion matters
  • Maintain accurate case files and update the case management system
  • Ensure transactions progress efficiently and key deadlines are met
  • Support fee earners with general conveyancing and administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Graduated with a 2:1 or First Class Honours
  • Capable of progressing a transaction from start to completion
  • Previous Conveyancing or Property experience
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Proactive and keen to develop within Property Law

Salary:
£26,000 – £32,000 DOE

Tenure:
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Office Based
