Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Belfast to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established property team and develop your career within a supportive and professional legal environment.
The Opportunity
Working closely with experienced solicitors and legal professionals, you will provide paralegal support across a varied residential conveyancing caseload, assisting with files from initial instruction through to completion.
The role will suit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with strong residential property experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage their own workload within a busy legal environment.

Our client is a well-established and respected law firm with a strong presence in Belfast. You will join an experienced property team and work alongside legal professionals handling a varied range of residential conveyancing matters.
Salary & Benefits
- £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- 1-hour lunch break
- 20 days annual leave plus statutory holidays
- Additional office closure between Christmas and New Year
- Additional day off at Easter
- Additional day off around the 12th July period

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting solicitors with a varied residential conveyancing caseload
- Assisting with files from initial instruction through to completion
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties
- Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate file records
- Conducting property-related searches and gathering relevant information
- Assisting with contracts, transfers, and other conveyancing documentation
- Monitoring key dates and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
- Handling confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
- Providing general paralegal support to the wider property team

About You
- Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or within a residential conveyancing team
- Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident liaising with clients and external contacts
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Professional and discreet approach to confidential information
- Proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
