Description

  • Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Conduct property searches and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to progress transactions.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with completing registrations and ensuring all documentation is filed properly.
  • Provide support and updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Help resolve any issues or queries that arise during transactions.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and processes run efficiently.
