Description
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
- Conduct property searches and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to progress transactions.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with completing registrations and ensuring all documentation is filed properly.
- Provide support and updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Help resolve any issues or queries that arise during transactions.
- Ensure deadlines are met and processes run efficiently.
