The Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a key supporting role within the team, helping fee earners manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of client care throughout each stage of the transaction process, while ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

- Assist with the management of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Prepare legal documents, contracts, completion statements, and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to drive transactions forward.
- Order and review property searches, Land Registry documentation, and title information.
- Ensure all files are maintained accurately and in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Support fee earners throughout each stage of the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate records on the firm’s case management system and monitor progress towards key deadlines.
- Contribute to efficient exchanges and completions by delivering proactive support.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within a residential conveyancing department is essential.
- Sound understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach, able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
- Strong client care skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
