Role Description
The Conveyancing Paralegal will support the conveyancing team with residential property transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Preparing and drafting legal documents
- Reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
- Conducting title and other property-related searches
- Regular communication with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholders to progress matters efficiently and maintain clear updates

The role also involves:

- Assisting with file management
- Compliance checks
- Administrative tasks to ensure smooth completion of transactions and high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, ideally with experience or education in property or conveyancing
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review, including contracts, forms, and completion statements
- Effective Communication skills for liaising with clients and third parties and providing clear updates
- Solid Research abilities for conducting title investigations, property searches, and verifying information
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role is essential
- Comfort with legal case management systems and general IT tools (email, document management, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work collaboratively with solicitors and conveyancers while maintaining a client-focused approach
