Conveyancing Paralegal

Are you an organised and proactive Paralegal looking to develop your career within a leading legal and professional services firm?

At Aberdein Considine, we support thousands of private and commercial clients across Scotland and the North of England, offering expert legal, property and financial services. We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Lender Services team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality conveyancing service to our clients and customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a caseload of repossession conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion and distribution of funds.
  • Reviewing titles and handling the technical aspects of conveyancing transactions.
  • Communicating with clients, customers, asset managers and third parties, providing exceptional service throughout the process.
  • Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within agreed service levels.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services as part of a collaborative and professional team.

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in conveyancing case handling.
  • Experience working within a high-volume transactional environment.
  • Law or conveyancing-related qualifications.
