Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Wirral (Prenton)
Job Type: Full-time - 35 hour week
Experience Level: Mid-Senior level (3+ years PQE preferred)

Kirwans is a well-established, progressive law firm based on the Wirral. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, client-focused legal services. Our property department is expanding due to a sustained increase in instructions, and we are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our friendly and dedicated team.
The Role:
You will manage your own diverse caseload of residential property matters from inception through to post-completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents, titles, contract packs, and property searches.
- Providing clear, accurate, and empathetic legal advice to clients, estate agents, and financial advisors.
- Identifying and resolving complex title defects or legal issues efficiently.
- Ensuring strict compliance with SRA regulations, CQS standards, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX with a minimum of 2–3 years of independent conveyancing experience.
- Proven track record of managing a high-volume residential caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills (experience with Case Management Systems is highly advantageous).
- A client-centric approach with a commitment to maintaining strong local agent relationships.
