There are opportunities in the Conveyancng team for the right candidate. Expansion continues, and the firm has daily new clients that can be assigned promptly.
Depending on your discipline and experience, you will support an experienced solicitor or partner.
Responsibilities
- Conveyancing
- Commercial and residential conveyancing
- Lease renewals
- Refinancing and Bridging advice
- Working closely with banks and mortgage providers.
- Liaise with clients on terms and conditions, the sales packs and admin requirements for new files.
- Check anti-money laundering requirements and obtain opening file balances
- Get Office copies available and assist with new contracts.
- Work with a qualified solicitor from instruction, raising enquiries, exchange of contracts and post completion requirements.
- Prepare completion statements.
- Close files and deal with administration for storage.

Requirements
- Law graduate
- Ideally with 1-3 years of relevant experience of conveyancing in a Law Firm
