An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

To join a well-established legal firm, providing a broad range of legal services in a friendly, client-focused environment.

As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will confidently manage your own caseload while providing a high standard of service and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

This role offers hybrid working options, salary range of A GBP 45,000 : A GBP 60,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits. This role offers a relocation package.

The role is preferably based in Leominster, although Hereford may also be considered.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Managing remortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Reviewing contracts, searches and title documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
  • Responding to enquiries and progressing transactions efficiently.
  • Maintaining high standards of client care throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients and introducers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer, Conveyancer, Chartered Legal executive or in a similar role.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or equivalent.
  • Ideally have 2+ years PQE or relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Possess residential conveyancing experience.
  • Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
  • Strong communication and client care skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial and proactive approach to progressing transactions.
