An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing and well-established Residential Property team in North Finchley. Conveyancing Solicitor — Position Overview:
You will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently, handling matters from instruction through to completion while delivering a high standard of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancer:
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Deal with lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Ensure files are managed efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Maintain excellent client communication throughout transactions
Requirements of the Conveyancer:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing within a legal practice
- Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Able to reliably commute to North Finchley
