A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer or a newly qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and respected law firm at its newly opened Bishop’s Stortford office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and growing environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues while taking responsibility for your own caseload and building strong relationships with clients. The role would suit someone who is commercially minded, client-focused and keen to develop their technical expertise while becoming an integral part of a growing office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Advising clients throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Handling freehold and leasehold transactions.
  • Reviewing contracts, leases and relevant legal documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties.
  • Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with client expectations.
  • Providing a high level of client service and clear, practical legal advice.

You will be joining an established law firm with a strong reputation for providing high-quality, client-focused legal services. With the opening of its new Bishop’s Stortford office, the firm is continuing to grow its presence and offers an exciting opportunity for someone joining at an important stage of its development. This is a predominantly office-based role, with the option of one day working from home each week. The office is based quite near the local train station, so only a short walk if you don't drive.
