Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid Conveyancing Solicitor role based at the Coventry office. The role involves managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters. - Taking client instructions
- Conducting title checks and property searches
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and related documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently

The Conveyancing Solicitor will ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm-wide policies, maintain accurate file records, and provide clear, timely communication to clients. The role also includes contributing to client care initiatives and supporting the wider property team when required.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor (or Licensed Conveyancer) with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing and managing an independent caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge of property law, Land Registry processes, searches, and lender requirements within England and Wales.
- Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and maintain professional relationships.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including prioritizing matters, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Proficiency with case management systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools used in legal practice.
- Commitment to compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SRA rules), risk management, and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Experience working in a regional or high-street practice and familiarity with the West Midlands property market are advantageous.
