Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Central London

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE)

The Role

You'll manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, advising a diverse client base that includes high-net-worth individuals and handling more technical transactions alongside traditional residential work.

Supported by your own dedicated assistant and an experienced wider team, you'll have the resources to deliver exceptional client service while continuing to develop your technical expertise.

About You

You'll be:

  • A qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with experience managing your own residential property caseload
  • Confident handling transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Comfortable dealing with more complex or high-value residential matters
  • A strong communicator with a client-first approach
  • Ambitious and looking to build a long-term career within a highly respected practice
