- Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who can confidently manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other property transactions
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other legal documentation
- Reviewing searches, title documentation and enquiries
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
- Providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory, compliance and internal procedures
- Maintaining high standards of client care and file management

The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- Sound knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Experience managing transactions independently from instruction to completion
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working in a busy, client-focused environment
- Good IT skills and experience using legal case management systems
Conveyancing Paralegal
We are also looking for an enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to support our property team.
The successful candidate will assist with conveyancing matters, prepare documentation, communicate with clients and third parties, undertake administrative and legal tasks, and help ensure transactions progress efficiently.

Previous conveyancing experience is highly desirable. Candidates should have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Legal Secretary
We are seeking an organised and reliable Legal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to our solicitors and fee earners.
Responsibilities will include preparing correspondence and legal documents, maintaining files and case management systems, communicating with clients and third parties, diary management, and general administrative support.
Previous experience within a law firm is preferred, together with excellent typing, communication, organisational and IT skills.
