Residential Property Solicitor – London (Hybrid)
A fast-growing, specialist conveyancing firm in the City is looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join its expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of the sector, using cutting-edge AI technology to streamline processes and let you focus on what really matters – delivering an outstanding client experience.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
- Handle a broad mix of work including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new builds
- Work with innovative, AI-driven systems designed to make your role more efficient
- Provide a high-quality, client-focused service throughout

About You
- 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of property transactions
- Comfortable with systems and keen to embrace new technology
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
