Established and Growing Cheshire-Based Law Firm Seeks Experienced Senior Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor

An established and growing Cheshire-based law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Residential Property team.

This is a leadership role where you'll manage your own caseload of residential property matters while supporting junior team members, developing relationships with estate agents and referral partners, and helping to improve systems and processes across the department.

You'll work closely with senior management and play a key role in the firm's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
  • Handle freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and more complex transactions
  • Supervise and mentor junior conveyancers and support staff
  • Build and maintain relationships with estate agents and referral partners
  • Ensure excellent client service throughout the transaction process
  • Assist with improving workflows, systems and operational efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with AML, SRA and regulatory requirements

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
  • Experience handling complex conveyancing matters
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain referral relationships
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client service
