Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard within your designated kitchen section.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver exceptional service during busy events.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards.
- Assist with stock control and ensure your section is well organised and fully prepared for service.
