Reporting to the Supervisory Board, the Contribution & Development (C&D) Office plays a key role in shaping and evolving the William Grant Way, while providing governance and oversight of the model. The team also supports the Supervisory Board by monitoring the progress of Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

We are recruiting for a Cooper to join our expert team at our famous Dufftown Distillery to be at the core of our whisky-making process, expertly crafting and maintaining oak casks that define the character of our spirits.
You’ll work with time-honoured techniques, ensuring the barrels meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and tradition.

Experienced and apprentice-trained Coopers would be preferred, however if you have a strong attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship, and a hands-on approach, this could be a great opportunity for you.
The key thing we are looking for is someone who has a deep appreciation for the whisky-making process. Are you that ‘Rare Character’ we are looking for?
