About the Company

We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects within a NATO highly structured international environment. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

Project Coordinator | NATO Project | B2B/Contractor

  • Location: Northwood, United Kingdom
  • Work Model: Full-time On-site
  • Rate: 60€ hourly
  • Security Clearance: NATO Secret (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and project performance.
  • Coordinate customer requests, technical support activities, and operational requirements.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Support governance activities and ensure compliance with organisational standards and processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience supporting or managing projects in a structured environment.
  • Knowledge of project planning, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience supporting information systems or technology-related projects.
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
