Coordinador/a de almacén

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Coordinador/a de almacén quien deberá llevar a cabo actividades diarias de depósito a fin de brindar apoyo eficaz y eficiente en cuestiones de distribución y almacenamiento en el proyecto Rincón Litio.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Controlar y gestionar la documentación física y digital asociada a todos los ingresos y egresos de materiales del almacén.
  • Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones logísticas diarias dentro del almacén, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Informar oportunamente a las áreas usuarias y partes interesadas sobre los movimientos de materiales, niveles de stock y novedades operativas.
  • Implementar, mantener y mejorar los procedimientos de almacenamiento, preservación y manipulación segura de materiales.
  • Trabajar de manera colaborativa con las diferentes áreas de la operación para garantizar el abastecimiento oportuno y eficiente de materiales.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de almacén, asignando tareas, estableciendo prioridades y promoviendo un entorno de trabajo seguro, productivo y orientado a resultados.
  • Registrar y controlar en SAP todos los movimientos de inventario, incluyendo consumos, ajustes, transferencias, recepciones y despachos.
  • Asegurar la exactitud de los inventarios mediante controles periódicos, conteos cíclicos y conciliaciones de stock.
  • Velar por el orden, la limpieza y el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente dentro del almacén.
  • Promover la mejora continua de los procesos de almacenamiento, inventario y logística interna.

Acerca de vos

  • Título universitario en Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobable en operaciones de almacén, logística e inventario (deseable).
  • Conocimientos sólidos en gestión de inventarios, almacenamiento y manejo seguro de materiales.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en sistemas de gestión ERP (SAP u otras plataformas equivalentes), incluyendo control de movimientos de inventario y administración de materiales.
  • Capacidad para analizar información, generar reportes y dar seguimiento a indicadores de gestión.
  • Aptitud para trabajar bajo modalidad roster 7x7.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, coordinación de equipos y gestión de personal.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Orientación a resultados, organización, proactividad y capacidad de resolución de problemas.

About The Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to carry out daily warehouse activities and provide effective and efficient support for material distribution and storage operations at the Rincón Lithium Project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control and manage both physical and digital documentation related to all material receipts and dispatches within the warehouse.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders regarding material movements, inventory levels and operational matters.
  • Implement, maintain and improve storage, preservation and safe material handling procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure the timely and efficient supply of materials.
  • Lead and develop the warehouse team by allocating tasks, setting priorities and promoting a safe, productive and results-oriented work environment.
  • Record and control all inventory transactions in SAP, including consumption, adjustments, transfers, receipts and dispatches.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, inventory management and internal logistics processes.

About You

  • Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, logistics and inventory management (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing practices and safe material handling.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar platforms), including inventory transaction control and material management.
  • Ability to analyse information, prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Availability to work a 7 days on / 7 days off roster.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Results-oriented approach with strong organisational, problem-solving and proactive skills.
