Coordination Team Floor Supervisor – HPC
📢 We’re currently looking for Coordination Team Floor Supervisors for a long-term project at Hinkley Point C (HPC).
📍 Location: HPC Site, Somerset
📅 Start: ASAP
⏳ Duration: 24 months
🕐 Hours: 50 hours per week
📆 Rotation: 10 days on / 4 days off
We’re looking for people with solid site coordination or supervision experience who are comfortable working with different teams across a busy construction environment. The role will involve coordinating works and space across designated floors, including laydown areas, walkways, and MEWPs. You’ll work closely with EHS, Permits, Temporary Works, Lifting Teams, and General Operations to make sure works can continue safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
- SSSTS
- Blue Hat equivalent
- Previous coordination experience is essential
- Good English and IT skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident but diplomatic when challenging senior site personnel
